Go and Slow Regulating Movement adventures class
Who is it for?
Does your child (ages 2–5) love to move? This class is for little ones who may swing between big bursts of energy and sudden crashes, have a hard time slowing down, or need extra support with transitions. We’ll create a welcoming, playful space where children and caregivers can explore regulating movement together. The class is designed to include everyone—whether your child wants to jump right in, take things more slowly, or watch before joining.
This is a class and not therapy.
When and Where?
Location: We Rock the Spectrum, 300 Nickel St., Broomfield, CO
When: 2nd and 4th Thursdays, 10:00–11:00 a.m.
Cost: Included in the price of open play at We Rock the Spectrum ($18 for the first child, $16 for each additional sibling).
Do I need to commit?
While I do ask for an RSVP to be sure there will be space for you in the class, this is a drop-in class so you can just sign up for any week that works for you.
